This will be dependent on the complexity of your project and how quickly you can get content to us. Typically it will be 3 weeks for a Stratus Plan – dependent on how quickly content is provided.
Yes we can. Once we have an understanding of your requirements we can quote a price. But we always advise that you do this yourself, after all, who knows your business better than you?
Yes we can, text content is no problem at all. We may require images and graphics in original quality as sometimes previous website developers may not have optimized the images. We will also need to have the freedom to make changes to content for the sake of SEO and User Experience.
Once the total balance is clear at the end of the 12 month period (or 36 month period) the site belongs to you. If you do not wish to renew at the end of the 12 months we will package your site into one file and give instructions on how to install the site in full on another server. We do not carry out the transfer but it is quite simple to carry out.
Likewise with the website, the domain and the responsibility of maintaining it and making payments to the domain registrar will pass to you at the end of the 12 month contract, if you do not wish renew.
Of course, we can point your domain to our hosting with minimal disruptance.
Sadly, not even Google itself can do that. A team of qualified SEO specialists will work on your account to make sure that your site meets all guidelines for search engine optimization. But remember; at the same time your competitors are also trying to do the same. SEO is a fluid task, it takes time to achieve goals and the activity must be maintained throughout the year.
We have achieved great results for our clients with all ranking on the first page for their chosen local keyphrase. If anyone guarantees a high ranking position, they are simply lying.
This includes backups, optimization at all times, updates to the core CMS (Content Mangement System) and to all plugins and files. Maintenance includes security of both the site and servers. If any changes are required to the core due to a recommendation from Google, we will carry it out; Google changes its algorithm every few months and we will stay on top of that.
Yes, we will allocate 1 hour per month for any changes that you may require, for instance if you change opening hours, change of address, phone numbers, perhaps some news etc. This does not include the adding of extra pages or any other changes we may deem to be major changes, we can bill for that separately. Unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month.
We cannot do that as part of the Cloud Monthly Plans. For an extra cost, we can create the option and a user role allowing you to add blog posts yourself, for which we will provide a guide. The cost of this is $250.00 one-time fee.
Not as part of the Cloud Monthly Plans. There are so many variables to an online shop that it cannot be covered within these 3 plans, we would be happy to discuss this with you and provide a custom proposal.
You will be given a schedule on your Contract. You will receive a PayPal Money Request via Email on the specified date. Simply follow the link to PayPal and pay using a PayPal Account, Credit or Debit Card.
Yes. You have the option of paying for the 12 monthly payments upfront. This is for your convenience only, there is no discount for doing so. We do offer a 20% discount for those who sign up for 3 years.
No, we created the monthly plans so that you don’t have to do anything yourself. Due to the SEO and Maintenance, it is imperative that we control the changes to the site. You are allocated 1 hour per month, which allows you to make changes through us. This is more than sufficient for most needs.
You can upgrade but you cannot downgrade your plan. If you wish to add features such as extra email addresses or pages you have the option of upgrading the plan or paying for the extra features.
This is a 12-month contract. We do not take any upfront setup fees, you are paying for the website in installments.
You can request for the website to be taken down, however the balance of the full 12 month payment will still be due and is non-refundable.
Yes you can, in fact we recommend that you do. We will send an email 3 months before the end of the contract to ask you if you wish to renew. SEO is ever evolving.
Google changes it’s algorithm every few months and what was good enough a few months back may not be now, you could find yourself going from 1st position when with us to off the first page within a matter of months.
Because of the fantastic pricing we are unable to offer a discount after the first year. However, we offer a discount for those signing up for a 3-year term.
Signing up for 3 years gives you a 20% discount EVERY year. So the Stratus Plan would be $280.00 per month over 36 months. A saving of $2,520.00. If you sign up for another 3-year renewal we will do a refresh of your website after the initial 3 year term, at no addtitional cost.
Yes you can. We can add up to a maximum of 5 Keyphrases in total. Keyphrases work best when just one keyphrase is used per page. Your main keyphrase will be used through the main home page.
The cost of EACH additional keyphrase is $125.00 per month., you can view more Addons here. Please remember that this is a Local SEO service.
Any keyphrases have to be targeted at local enquiries. So you can have ‘Pizza Restaurant in Green Bay’ you cannot have ‘Pizza Restaurant Wisconsin’ or ‘Pizza Restaurant’. Also, any SEO component of the plans cannot be discounted, any extra keyphrases will be charged in full for additional years.
