We NEVER use any templates. The website will be designed with your business in mind, and User Experience will be the order of the day.
If you have a brand we will follow the brand guidelines. If you don’t have a brand we can build one at extra cost, just speak to us.

This is fully covered in the Stratus Plan. If more than this is needed you can go for the Cirrus or Nimbus Plans. More pages can be added as a chargeable extra if you just want 1 extra page or 2.
A Keyphrase is simply the search term someone uses when searching for a product or service on a search engine such as Google. The keyphrase we target for the website will be a local one, examples of local keyphrases are:
1. Electrician in Milwaukee
2. Realtor in Dallas
3. HVAC in Chicago
4. Hairdresser in New Jersey
5. Auto Repair in Sacramento
Local SEO is at the Town/City level. It is not State or National level.
The is the area of the server holding all the files for the website; Database, Software, Plugins, All content such as Images. Our Stratus Plan starts with a very generous 4GB of Webspace.
A typical 5 page website will need around 350MB of space, so there is plenty of room just in case.
The first monthly payment; paid when you sign up, is all you pay initially. There are NO SETUP FEES.
We dedicate a very generous quota for the email account, with at least 25GB for the starter Stratus plan.
A typical email will be less than 70kb, that means a business can send/receive over 2,500,000 emails.
Features on a website such as speed optimization or Enquiry Forms, Security etc require a Plugin. There are tens of thousands of free plugins but they are very basic and not at all reliable or secure. We use Premium Plugins to ensure the website is the best that it can be.
The Cloud Plans use plugins with an $850.00 per year subscription, which is fully covered within the plans at ZERO cost to you.
If you already have a website in place then you already have a domain. We will point that domain to our servers free of charge (we must have domain account access to do so) – in that situation you are still responsible for the annual cost of the domain at your current domain supplier.
If you are a new start or do not have a domain we will supply a suitable one; .com, .net, .org or .info. We will register the domain in your name so that YOU have full ownership.
If you no longer wish to renew the plan at the end of the 12 months, you can transfer the domain to a new supplier.
When purchasing hosting with a company such as GoDaddy, you are allocated space on a ‘Shared Linux Hosting Server’. This is basically a part of a computer hard drive which holds a number of other websites.
Shared hosting distributes a web server to operate and serve more than one website. Because you share the same server with other websites, and you are on a Linux plan, you use the same database, bandwidth, storage, etc.
Think of this as a one-lane highway, every car is using the same lane so if someone is slow, your site will be slow.
Our hosting is Fast Cloud Hosting, (Article on Hosting) which is 3 levels above even the best shared hosting We provide more resources dedicated to your website, and the hosting is optimized to insure fast loading times; leading to happier visitors and happier search engines.
Our hosting comes with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) or it’s newer name TLS (Transport Layer Security), this is a Cryptographic piece of code which runs on a server that ensures that any transfer of information between the server and the site visitor’s device is secure.
Browsers show that a site is secure by showing a Padlock next to the domain name. If a site does not have an SSL Certificate, then ‘Not Secure’ is shown, and most people will not trust that site and will click off it to go to a competitor’s website instead.
Because we are a full-service Agency we have someone who insures that your site is running at its best and should any problems occur, or you have any questions, they are there to help in liaising with your team at Cloud.
Our sites are developed to be viewed at their best on practically any device, from large screen 4K Desktop Monitors to Laptops, Tablets and Mobile Phones.
Mobile devices account for over 60% of all internet traffic, with some sectors such as the beauty and home service industry receiving 80% of their traffic through a mobile device. Because your site will be mobile optimized it is designed to load quickly on 3G or 4G networks over slow connections.
No business remains static. Your plan comes with 1 hour per month allocated for any changes that you may need; contact details, images, news, prices etc. The 1 hour cannot be carried forward and excludes items covered by > Addons.
The website, it’s database and all software running through our server is kept secure with the highest level of security available, whether that is sophisticated IDS/IPS systems which block malicious bots and attackers (Intrusion detection/prevention systems).
There is also monitoring of the website installation itself with protection against Hacks, Security Breaches or Malware. This is all carried out 24hrs a day, every day.
The entire site and database will be backed up on a daily basis, right at the server level. So in the unlikely event that the website is compromised we will be able to restore it to it’s previous state within a few minutes. We also keep the last 5 backups.
There is nothing worse than waiting for a website to load, in fact 40% of site visitors will leave a site which has taken more than 3 seconds to load and never return.
Added to this is the fact that Google will rank slow loading websites lower than fast loading ones. We use premium plugins and exceed recommended speed optimization guidelines to ensure that the site loads as fast as possible.
Our Servers run on Cloud Technology and we use global cloud servers to serve content to site visitors from their closest server, instantly increasing the speed of loading.
If you need to collect information or give your site visitors a quick way to make contact, an inquiry form is the best way to do it. All of our plans come with the option of having a 5 field inquiry form (usually on the contact page).
The only limit of this simple inquiry form is that it cannot allow uploading of images/files and does not have advanced features such as Steps or Conditional Logic. Typical Fields would be – Name, Address, Email, Phone, Message.

If you have a business that serves your customer face-to-face at a location, then you need a map. We will embed a Google Map showing your primary business location.
The map will be automatically linked through Google Maps to open larger or perhaps get directions, on a mobile device, it uses the Google Maps App, if available, if not then it diverts to the standard Google Maps online.
We’ll link directly to your existing social media accounts. This does no allow embedding of feeds etc.
You will receive a monthly report via email, showing various metrics such as: number of site visitors, their location, their demographics, which pages they visit, which search terms they used to get to your site etc.
This information is very important, it allows us to implement SEO strategies to ensure that your website is in the best position to achieve high search engine rankings.
You can choose a contract from 12 or 36 months. After that initial period, you are able to choose to leave or renew.
